This airplane was destroyed in an accident on Sunday February 23, 2020 near the town of Beaulieu (Puy-de-Dôme) in France. The pilot and passenger both died. An investigation was initiated by the BEA and the Gendarmerie des Transports Aériens. The report from the accident investigation found that the engine seized from an undetected oil loss, and the pilot lost control while descending to make a forced landing.
