The 2014 show welcomed approximately 140,000 spectators across the event weekend, which included a dedicated public flying preview on Friday. In total, 232 aircraft representing 27 air arms from 22 nations gathered on the airfield.

Key flying demonstrators included solo displays by the RAF Eurofighter Typhoon, Belgian Air Component F-16AM Fighting Falcon, Swiss Air Force F/A-18C Hornet, Swedish Air Force JAS-39C Gripen, and the award-winning Army Air Corps Westland Lynx AH.7. Aerobatic demonstration teams featured the Red Arrows, Frecce Tricolori, Patrouille de France, Breitling Jet Team, and the Polish Orlik Aerobatic Team.

Static park highlights displayed maritime and transport aircraft, including the United States Navy P-8A Poseidon, Japan Air Self-Defense Force KC-767J, Hellenic Air Force A-7E Corsair II, and a German Air Force Panavia Tornado IDS.
