The 2012 edition debuted at its newly constructed permanent facility, attracting 230,000 visitors, including 125,000 trade specialists, alongside 1,243 exhibitors representing 46 nations. Roughly 300 aircraft occupied the grounds. Flight displays featured the Airbus A400M, the high-speed Eurocopter X3 compound demonstrator, the Eurofighter Typhoon, a Polish Air Force Mikoyan MiG-29, and a Finnish Air Force McDonnell Douglas F/A-18C Hornet. Aerobatic demonstration teams included Poland’s Biało-Czerwone Iskry flying six PZL TS-11 Iskra jets, Italy’s Pioneer Team, and the WeFly! Team. Static displays highlighted commercial and military airframes, such as the Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental, Emirates Airbus A380, Boeing C-17 Globemaster III, Panavia Tornado, Lockheed Martin C-130J Super Hercules, and historic types like the Lockheed L-1049 Super Constellation and Messerschmitt Me 262.
